Introduction
Originally from the Garden City of Augusta, GA, home of The Masters Tournament, Dr. Tasha Toy now joyfully calls St. George, UT home. She is the wife of Dr. Joel Berrien, Jr., stepmother of two sons, and mother-in-love to one daughter. With an earned Doctor of Philosophy in Higher Education Administration-Research and Policy from Seton Hall University (NJ), Tasha’s philosophy derives from one of her favorite human rights advocate Ida B. Well-Barnett who wrote “virtue knows no color line.”
